Female employees have the opportunity to participate in the self-paced MyMentor development program with the more senior and professional roles having also participated in a mentoring program, where each member of our executive team and selected managers were assigned a mentee.
While the foundation of the program is the MyMentor development topics, the regular mentoring conversations have focused on career development, individual goals and specific issues mentees wished to address.
