Brisbane based employees of Wesfarmers Resources and Curragh dug deep recently to assist Brisbane targeted giving service givit in assisting local families who are doing it tough in the lead up to Christmas. With many families still struggling from the effects of the floods in January employees were keen to help out. Employees donated $775 which will be matched by the business making the total contribution $1,550. The money raised will be used by givit to purchase COLES vouchers which will be provided to families in need.

The matched giving program is proving to be very popular with employees with almost $3,000 contributed to local Brisbane charities in the past two months.
