I joined Wesfarmers over 7 years ago seeking a change from an engineering career and entered the Business Development Team with Wesfarmers Limited in Perth. 

Since then I’ve been seconded to Wesfarmers Energy, Wesfarmers Resources division office, and am now a Marketing Manager for Wesfarmers Curragh.  Wesfarmers is a company where opportunities are driven by staff, and opportunities are plentiful for those who go looking for them. 

Working in marketing is providing new and exciting challenges for me from trying to optimise everything from mine gate onwards, which is highly strategic and involves a great amount of interpersonal development and relationship management.

 Given the structure of Wesfarmers Resources within the Wesfarmers Group, I’ve been exposed to a very broad variety of experience which would not have materialised in a number of larger resource companies
